Beautiful pink snapper stuffed with a savory mixture of onions, tomatoes, chilies, capers, olives and oregano. Guy's making a Red Quinoa and Citrus Salad, packed with orange segments, jicama, red onion and toasted almonds in a cilantro-lime dressing.
