We start in Cape Palliser, where Kiwi chef Peter Gordon hops on a boat for fresh seafood. With his father and brother, Peter grills and smokes this seafood. Later Peter cooks green-lipped mussels with Michael Seresin. The trip ends with a magnificent meal prepared by a Maurai village.
