Today Alex is combining her love of casual French and American cooking with an all-out holiday dinner at the Loft. She’ll teach the students the trick to a perfect roast, whip up beautiful braised greens, and end it all with a decadent FlambÈed Tangerine dessert. This is a bistro holiday to remember.
