This Restaurant Gadget Should Definitely Be on Your Christmas List This Year

Everyone likes options, especially when it comes to wine. The problem is that one glass of a bottle here and there can lead to lots of wasted vino. Restaurateurs know this and are pros at finding cost-saving solutions to wasted food and beverages, including wine. The system clamps to the neck of the wine bottle and uses a surgical grade needle to puncture the cork which then allows wine to flow through the system and into a glass with the push of a button. Once the needle is removed, the cork naturall reseals to prevent any oxidation, preserving the wine for years to come.
