Add the kosher salt, pepper and seasoned salt to the beef. Form the beef into one big patty. Fry the burger on a flat grill on medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side for a medium cooked burger. Add your cheese on top to melt.
Add the hoisin and Dijon to the bottom bun, then add your patty. To the top bun, add the onion, bacon and your egg.

Serve this with fries or onion rings if you’d like.
