Bobby’s Best-Ever, 5-Star Thanksgiving Dinner Roll Recipe
Better make a double batch!

Tara Donne
Soft, fluffy and bushed with melted butter – is there anything better than a basket full of warm Parker House rolls? They bake up light and pillowy every time, but Parker House rolls taste rich and satisfying (because the dough is made with milk and butter). And, since the recipe calls for a touch of sugar, the rolls have just a hint of subtle sweetness.
It’s no wonder that Bobby’s version has rave reviews. Food Network fans give his recipe 5 stars saying the rolls are delicious, easy to make and requested by their friends and family again and again. So what better time than Thanksgiving to bake a batch at home?
The rolls take about 2 hours from start to finish (so plan ahead!) but most of that time is spent waiting for the dough to rise. Just be sure to keep an eye on it; if your house is toasty warm from the turkey in the oven, your dough may double in size more quickly.
