Kristie Collado is a food writer, scratch baker and firm believer that bread is the best carb. An International Culinary Center alum with a Master’s Degree in Food Studies from NYU, she’s just as passionate about creating recipes as she is inspiring others to cook. Unable to resist silly wordplay, Kristie spends her free time doodling — turning food puns into hand-drawn notecards and t-shirts.
