Bio
Kristie has been the senior content manager at Food Network for over seven years. When she’s not writing cooking articles and recipe roundups, she’s working on projects that keep our recipes and editorial content in tiptop shape — and make the Food Network website easier (and more fun!) to navigate. You’ll find her work online at Delish and The Daily Meal as well as in print in Oxford University Press’s Savoring Gotham.

Experience
Pastry cook at 21 Club (including private events and a la carte service), helped open Gansevoort 69, pastry cook at Gansevoort 69, baked and decorated dozens of cakes and desserts for weddings and private events.

Graduate of the French Culinary Institute (now known as the Institute of Culinary Education), a professional pastry arts program that consists of more than 400 instructional hours and 210 externship hours. MA in Food Studies, with a concentration in Food and Culture, from NYU.
