Hugh Acheson
Hugh Acheson is a Candian-born chef, cookbook author and restaurateur. He owns four restaurants in Georgia and is best known for his distinct style of cooking, which combines Southern beauty with European flavors. Hugh has also appeared as a contestant on season 3 of Top Chef Masters and as a judge on seasons 9 through 13 of Top Chef.
