Directions
Special equipment:
a 2 3/4-ounce portion scoop (#12); optional
Line a baking sheet with parchment. Toss together the kettle popcorn, butter crackers and pretzels in a large bowl.
Microwave the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between each, until melted, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Pour over the snack mixture and toss with a silicone spatula to coat evenly. Use a 2 3/4-ounce scoop or 1/2-cup measure to form heaping scooped mounds of the snack mix on the prepared baking sheet (12 portions). Put in the freezer for 7 minutes to set or allow the chocolate to set at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
Microwave the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between each, until melted, about 1 minute. Drizzle the white chocolate over each snack-mix cookie. Sprinkle with the nonpareils. Let sit 3 to 4 minutes before serving.
