Ingredients

4 ounces chilled cranberry juice

2 ounces chilled creme de cassis

4 fresh cranberries 

Chilled Champagne, for topping

Directions

  1. Divide the cranberry juice, creme de cassis and fresh cranberries among 4 champagne flutes. Top with Champagne and serve.

Great. I agree, this recipe reverses what GZ said about order of adding the ingrediants. I used GZ's method, and only added a few drops of the creme de cassis (on the show it appeared that he added less cassis than this recipe indicates). It was a huge hit...a new tradition for Thanksgiving. Not too sweet.
