Ingredients

1 bottle prosecco

4 ounces peach puree 

1 cup diced fresh peaches (about 4 peaches), frozen, plus 6 fresh peach slices

2 ounces cherry liqueur, such as Cherry Heering 

Directions

  1. In a carafe, combine the prosecco and peach puree.
  2. Divide the frozen diced peaches and cherry liqueur among 6 Champagne glasses. Top with the prosecco mixture and garnish with fresh peach slices.

It's SO easy and quite tasty. But,  I do have to agree with the earlier reviewer, someone needs to edit the spelling in the recipe. An herring and an heering are complete opposite ends of the palette spectrum and could really confuse a novice cook or someone with a language barrier. Thx for the recipe, GZ.
