This Chinatown restaurant serves a street-style spin on traditional Vietnamese fare, using Pacific ingredients. The Farmer’s Pho uses ingredients found at farmers markets, and the small plates, like Laotian fried chicken, aren’t to be skipped. This is also the only spot on the island that offers frozen custard. The flavors veer toward the nontraditional, with an ever-changing lineup that has included sweet basil lime and caramel coffee. But the creamy “soft serve” custard is as classic as can be.
