Buster’s on 28th is so beloved that local fans rallied to raise money to rebuild it after the gastropub burned down in 2013. Crowds flock here for the friendly vibe and elevated pub grub like beer-braised brisket. After being hit with a simple rub, the cubed beef is braised in heavy stout, then served on a bun smothered with roasted red pepper cream cheese. “That is fantastic,” Guy said of the dish.
