Buster’s on 28th is so beloved that local fans rallied to raise money to rebuild it after the gastropub burned down in 2013. After being hit with a simple rub, the cubed beef is braised in heavy stout, then served on a bun smothered with roasted red pepper cream cheese. “That is fantastic,” Guy said of the dish.
