Relais de L’Entrecôte is a small chain with occasionally surly service, but if you’re looking for steak frites, this is the place for it. There’s only one starter (a green salad with walnuts), one main course (steak frites) and only one question: “How do you want it cooked?” Go early, as lines can be long, and arrive hungry, as the waiters will bring you multiple servings of steak, fries and their highly guarded (and sought-after) sauce.
