Ellie’s husband has invited friends over for not one but two midweek suppers but Ellie’s got a strategy for fabulous simple healthy entertaining. Her rules are serve no more than 2 courses and don’t be ashamed to buy. Party One and she’s serving Pea Soup and Crab Cakes with her own Tartar sauce. Party Two - and it’s a delicious store bought rotisserie Chicken and a spectacular homemade Ricotta Strawberry Cheesecake.
