As the CEO and president of Capital Cupcakes, Emma (11) runs her business out of her closet. She's extremely competitive, and if she wins she wants to use her prize money for culinary school.
Jane
Jane (10) loves sprinkles so much that one day she'd like to own a bakery called Sprinkletastic. She loves baking because it brings her and her mom and grandma together.
Matthew
Matthew (11) considers himself a Renaissance man, dabbling in a little bit of everything. He's a concert violinist and plays competitive tennis and soccer. He's also very passionate about baking.
Peggy
Notorious for being fast, Peggy (10) has won several 5K races and is on her town's swim team. She claims she can bake just as fast as she can run.
Rebecca
From a tiny Texas town, Rebecca (13) loves to bake. She calls herself girly and loves competitive cheerleading and shopping, but also considers herself a tomboy as she likes to hunt and fish, too.
Ryan
Green is Ryan's favorite color, which means he often rocks green socks and sometimes bakes treats to match. He's a competitive baseball player, and loves baking because it allows him to experiment.
Yahshimabet
Considering herself very modern, artistic and original, Yahshimabet (12) infuses her baking with a unique style.
