This recipe was super easy and delicious! My husband raved about the flavor of the potatoes and I mashed up the potatoes a little before pouring just a little butter over the top. For anyone making this recipe and unsure of how long to boil the potatoes, I boiled my potatoes for about 20-25 minutes and they were perfect.
