Is this appetizer just a fancy way to eat more tater tots? Maybe so, but adding a little salty smoked salmon and creamy sauce definitely makes these crisp potato bites perfect for any gathering.
Bake 3 cups frozen tater tots; season with salt and pepper. Thread onto skewers with folded smoked salmon. Mix 1/3 cup creme fraiche with 2 teaspoons lemon juice and a pinch each of salt and pepper; drizzle over the skewers. Top with chopped dill.
