I had a lot of apples and pears in my pantry. I was looking for a very simple citrus fruit salad, nothing creamy. this is one is very good. I used apple, pears and canned pineapples. I skipped the rum because i didn't have any. It came out pretty good.

I loved this recipe. I was worried about the mint being over powering but it added a freshness to the fruit. I didn't have dark rum so I used molasses mixed with pineapple juice. I will defiantly use this one again.

I made this for Easter years ago and I'm making it again. I got so many compliments on how good it was. Super easy recipe. The hardest part was cutting up the fruit.
