While the chocolate sauce is very easy to make, and the honey and coffee are nice additions to round out the flavor, I found this simply too sweet. I wonder if using chopped bittersweet chocolate instead of semisweet chips might resolve the "problem" for me. But with so many recipes to try and so litle time to try them, this is not one I'll try again. Not a bad recipe, in fact it came out just as it should have per the directions, it's just not a good fit for my palate.
