Guy fieri invites friends over for grilled lamb sandwiches, featuring yogurt-marinated lamb piled high on a toasted baguette with spicy harissa mayo and sweet pickled cucumbers for a bright, fresh crunch. On the side, roasted baby artichokes are tender inside, golden and crispy outside, tossed with grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. For dessert, rum roasted pineapple gets caramelized and served with vanilla bean ice cream and sugared pecans.
