We’ve gathered together Giada’s top recipes on skewers so you can design a delicious, upscale menu that will also keep one hand free for cocktails and selfies.

This super easy recipe makes traditional antipasti mobile. Simply toss the fresh mozzarella in a light vinaigrette and thread each ingredient onto skewers.
