Pecking Duck Necks

2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 tablespoon chili powder 

1 tablespoon paprika 

1 tablespoon salt 

1 tablespoon powdered chicken seasoning 

1 tablespoon sugar 

2 teaspoons ground white pepper 

Oil, for frying

1 cooked Peking duck neck, cut into 1/2-inch pieces 


  1. Mix together garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, salt, chicken seasoning, sugar and white pepper, then reserve.
  2. Heat oil in a deep-fryer. Fry duck neck pieces until crispy and drain. Sprinkle with spice mix and serve.
