The inspiration for Pear Southern Bistro's menu is a little bit New Orleans and a little bit Deep South. The ingredients, though, are all Napa Valley. Chef Rodney Worth's menu doesn't lack any of that good ol' Southern flavor because diners love his luscious Shrimp and Grits and hearty Gumbo Ya-Ya.
