Ina is writing an article about eating local and she's challenged herself to make a meal entirely from Hamptons ingredients. There's Eggplant Caponata with produce from a farm in Water Mill, the catch of the day in Montauk is bass so Ina's roasting it with a Caesar inspired sauce. And for dessert, fresh Peach Cake with fruit from the farmers' market and even the eggs are local, freshly laid by happy Hamptons chickens. Then it's all veg talk in Ask Ina.
