The Kitchen is preparing for fall with filling, heart-warming recipes that will warm up the kitchen, too. Geoffrey Zakarian starts things off with his home-style Spiced Lamb Pastitsio. Chef Asish Alfred brings his favorite fall dish, Glazed Beets with Creme Fraiche and Toasted Pistachios, and Jeff Mauro whips up a Cookie Butter Pie.
