Brett Azar — Rahway, NJ

Brett is a stuntman and Arnold Schwarzenegger body double. He approaches everything with a perfectionist attitude and gives nothing short of 100%, except in the kitchen. Brett eats for function and certainly not taste. He is all about taking home the win for his mom, who deserves every penny!

Carmelle Bull — Atlanta

Carmelle is a grandmother and Food Network super fan. While her children and grandchildren love her, they just don’t love her food. She dreams of one day hosting a dinner party where all the food ends up in her guest’s bellies, rather than in the trash.

Brittany Carel — Fort Lauderdale

Brittany has a bubbly personality but has never taken herself too seriously, especially in the kitchen. For the past nine years, Brittany has been her mom’s caregiver during her struggle with Alzheimer’s disease, leaving her with no one to teach her how to cook. Since her mom’s recent passing, she wants to learn to cook so she can build a balanced lifestyle for herself, her future family, and her friends.

Travele Judon — Chicago

While his wife works during the day, stand-up comedian Travele is with his three kids, so they frequently wind up eating take-out or fast food. He wants to give his kids and wife healthy, home-cooked meals made with love, as well as improve the health of his bank account. He cannot believe how much money is being spent each month on take-out!

Cody Medler — Los Angeles

Cody is a workout-obsessed surfer bro who lives off canned beans and overcooked protein. He’s always excelled at sports but finishes last in the kitchen. He never learned to cook for himself, but now he’s determined to change that.

Chaz Oakley — Ninilchik, AK

Chaz is an artist and hunter who didn’t have your average upbringing — he grew up in the wilderness of Alaska. He’s an outdoorsman who never figured out how to cook game animals and his meat always ends up like burnt jerky. His wife makes most of their meals and he’d love to put a smile on her face with a decent dish that he makes on his own.

Sponjetta Parrish — Athens, GA

Sponjetta is a spunky Southern gal with a love of music and a fear of the kitchen. She needs to learn some culinary skills, so she can improve her diet, which consists mainly of fast food and frozen food. She also wants to save money, as her family is on a tight budget and cooking at home would really help financially. Sponjetta is an aspiring singer/songwriter and wants to help further her career with the grand prize money!

Cameron Pennington — Grayson, KY

Cameron is a Southern boy with a heart of gold, but no cooking abilities, even though he works as a sandwich artist. Growing up in BBQ-obsessed Kentucky, he feels like the odd man out as he doesn’t know his way around a grill. Cameron has always relied on his mom for meals, but he plans to enlist in the Air Force and needs to be more independent.

Alten Poblete — San Diego

Alten is a dog walker, rapper, and pianist who loves chilling on the beach. He grew up eating home-cooked Filipino food made by his parents but was always too busy partying to ever learn to cook for himself, so his kitchen usually ends up in smoke. Now, after years of embarrassing himself in the kitchen, he’s ready for Boot Camp and to impress the ladies with his own home-cooked meals.

Kat Schuessler — Kent, OH

Kat is an avid Worst Cooks viewer and thinks Chef Anne has what it takes to finally get her cooking! A fast food worker who moonlights as a romance novelist, Kat dreams of making family dinners for her boyfriend and 10-month old daughter – but her food skills are so bad, her boyfriend won’t let her cook unsupervised. She is ready to turn her culinary luck around and conquer the kitchen.

Caitlin Rose — Brick, NJ

Caitlin is a Jersey Shore beauty queen who can’t cook to save her life. The only kitchen skill she prides herself on is her ability to burn a potato five-ways — much to the chagrin of her Irish family. She knows her diet of fast food and microwavable dinners isn’t exactly healthy, so she is determined to change her ways and become a diva in the kitchen.

Mickey Wentz — Denver

This math teacher is not afraid to throw out a dad joke or poke fun at himself, but Mickey’s lack of cooking skills is no laughing matter – he gave his son food poisoning! He served in the U.S. Coast Guard and was even a rescue and survival swimmer but is terrified of the kitchen. He’s in Boot Camp to learn how to make home-cooked meals for his wife and son — and maybe take home the grand prize.

Antoinette Wills — Washington D.C.

Antoinette is a little lady with a big personality and zero kitchen skills. She doesn’t quite understand how bad her cooking is, but anyone who talks food with her knows she needs help! This sassy grandma may be small in stature, but don’t underestimate her desire to win in boot camp.

Allison Wolfe — Richmond, TX

This stay-at-home mother of three is a perfectionist who can do everything but cook. Juggling a three-year-old and one-year-old twins, she wakes up every morning with a to-do list, but cannot follow a recipe to save her life. She wants to show her kids that their mom can do anything – even learn to cook!

Terry Yu — Stockton, CA

Terry is a first-generation Chinese-American whose family owned a deli, but he was so clumsy his mom used to kick him out of the kitchen. Now a pharmacist at a correctional facility, he has spent his whole life relying on frozen food and meals prepared by his family. Terry knows he needs to figure out how to feed himself – and boot camp is just the place for him to learn!
