The groundhog has spoken and while warmer weather may be headed your way, spring to us always means the return of Spring Baking Championship! A new season filled with cakes, pies, pastries and more premieres on Monday, March 18th at 9|8c. This season we are pleased to welcome lifestyle-expert Clinton Kelly as the host. Clinton will test the resolve of ten talented bakers as they create extraordinary treats that must impress the discerning palates of judges Nancy Fuller, Duff Goldman and Lorraine Pascale.

To earn the coveted title of Spring Baking Champion and walk away with $25,000, the bakers must survive two demanding rounds of spring-themed challenges in each episode. In the season premiere, the bakers are tasked to celebrate the beginning of spring by combining all things cute and delicious in the first challenge by creating spring animal-themed donuts. In the main heat, the bakers must get in touch with their inner artists as they design watercolor cakes featuring iconic spring fruits and vegetables. Other episodes include baking up blue ribbon-worthy rhubarb pies, crafting a marshmallow dessert in honor of Easter and the first Spring Baking Championship Spelling Bee. Don’t miss all the fun and excitement to see which baker earns the sweetest title of Spring Baking Champion!
