Slice the baguette diagonally in 1/4-inch-thick slices and place on a broiler pan. Broil until toasted, 2 to 3 minutes.
Heat the pulled pork in a small saucepan or microwave until warmed through.
Heat the queso dip in a second small saucepan or microwave until warmed through.
Arrange the baguette toasts on a platter and top with the pulled pork. Drizzle with the melted queso dip. Top with the sour cream, chopped scallions and thinly sliced radish. Garnish each pulled pork toast with a cilantro leaf and serve.
