Press the cupcakes into a ring mold. In a blender, add the cream and blueberries and blend well. Pour the mixture into a cold mixing bowl and whisk until it forms stiff peaks. Remove the ring mold and begin covering the cupcake form with the blueberry cream. Add the candies to make eyes and ears and garnish around. Place the ice cream cone on as a hat and draw lips on the cupcake and a bow-tie on the plate.
