Ingredients

1 ounce Plymouth gin

1 ounce Absolut Apeach

1 ounce Cointreau

1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice

3 to 4 pieces of pineapple, muddled

Splash of Pinot Noir

Lemon wheel for garnish

Directions

  1. Start with sliced pineapple in a mixing tin. Add lemon juice and muddle. Add the liquors and ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Top with a Pinot Noir floater and garnish with a lemon wheel.
