1 lb. lean ground beef

1 bag (8 oz.) Birds Eye® Recipe Ready Chopped Green Peppers, Onions

1 can (15.5 oz.) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained

1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes

2 Tbsp. chili powder

¼ tsp. salt

½ teaspoon dried oregano (optional)


  1. 1. Brown ground beef with Recipe Ready Chopped Green Peppers, Onions in medium saucepot.
  2. 2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered, 20 minutes.* Serve, if desired with shredded Cheddar cheese and sour cream.
  3. *Cook beef to an internal temperature of 160°F as measured with a food thermometer.
