Special equipment:
a rotisserie
  1. Place pork in a container. Add oil, garlic, salt and pepper and mix very well. Marinate, refrigerated, overnight.
  2. Stack pork on a rotisserie spit. (You should have enough to make two separate spits of pork.) Place each spit into a rotisserie and cook for 1 hour at high heat.
