Paloma Flaca Skinny Margarita

Ingredients

1 vanilla bean

4 ounces orange juice

3 ounces grapefruit juice

8 ounces silver tequila

6 ounces lime juice

1 tablespoon agave nectar

Crushed ice

1 lime, sliced into discs, for garnish

Directions

  1. Using a paring knife, split the vanilla bean down the center and place in a small saucepot with the orange and grapefruit juice. Bring to a boil, and then cool immediately.
  2. When cool, put into a large pitcher and add the tequila, lime juice and agave. Mix well to combine all the ingredients. Add some ice, and then pour into 4 cocktail glasses. Garnish with lime discs. Enjoy.
