These blondies are inspired by Molly and Nick’s first date where they shared some candy-coated chocolates! Plus, Molly knows that anything she makes that’s peanut butter flavored will have Nick’s heart! The peanut butter is a perfect combo with the raspberry jam, per usual, and the jam helps to keep the dessert extra moist.

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and line an 8-inch square pan with enough parchment paper to allow 1-inch wings on two opposite sides.
In a large bowl, whisk together the butter, peanut butter, and brown sugar. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking thoroughly after each, then whisk in the vanilla. Sprinkle the flour, salt, and baking powder evenly over the top, then give the dry ingredients a rough whisk before incorporating into the rest of the batter. Add most of the batter to the pan, dollop the jam evenly all over, and then top with the remaining batter (it’s okay if some jam is peeking through). Give it a spread to even out the batter. Cover with the peanut butter chocolate-coated candies and the heart sprinkles. Bake until puffed and golden on the edges but still gooey in the middle; begin checking at 35 minutes.
