1/4 cup meringue powder

2 pounds confectioners' sugar

1 1/2 cups vegetable shortening 6 tablespoons water

1 tablespoon clear flavoring (a tinted flavoring will change color or the icing)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix at slow speed until smooth. Add a few drops of water, if needed.;
