Mexican Chocolate Fondue:

12 ounces dark chocolate

1 cup cream

Pinch salt

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

A couple pinches chili powder, sweet ancho or smoky chipotle


Cut pineapple

Large strawberries

Cubed pound cake


  1. Melt the chocolate together with cream and seasonings over medium-low heat. Transfer to a fondue pot or place over heating unit if using a stove top-safe fondue pot. Serve with dippers of choice.;
