For striped Valentines, transfer half of the melted chocolate to a disposable pastry bag, twist the end, and snip off the tip with scissors. Apply gentle pressure to the bag and drizzle lines back and forth across the cookie.

Make the dots

To make polka-dot Valentine hearts, color the remaining chocolate with pink food coloring to desired shade. Transfer to a pastry bag. Hold the bag perpindicular to the cookie and apply gentle pressure to pipe for desired size of dot.
