We often use food to express how much we love someone, and whether that’s aphrodisiac ingredients or a fancy dinner, we tend to share our heart on a plate.

But it feels rather apt to eat something that is actually heart-shaped for Valentine’s Day, and Tyson is providing an option via the return of their heart-shaped chicken nuggets. The Nuggets of Love are made with 100% white meat chicken raised with no antibiotics, and are available for a limited time at select retailers nationwide.

To add to the seasonal fun, people can also opt to send their valentines a virtual nugget gram by visiting the #SayItWithNuggets highlight reel on the Tyson brand Instagram page.

“Our Nuggets of Love are a fan favorite, and this year we wanted to do something extra saucy for our millions of fans,” said Colleen Hall, senior director of marketing, Tyson brand, in a press release. “This Valentine’s Day, nothing says love better than a warm, yummy chicken nugget.”

As for how you prepare your heart-shaped nuggets, we’re thinking an entirely heart-shaped meal is in order. Perhaps have the nuggets as a lead into a heart-shaped pizza followed by heart-shaped brownies or cookies? The possibilities are adorably endless!
