Just in case the name didn't give it away, this Florida barbecue spot is all about one thing: pork. It bills itself as "the house of worship to the porcine pursuits," and offers dishes that employ just about every part of the pig (including the head, in the Charleston Firefly Sweet Tea Vodka sauce). And while it may not actually have pork as an ingredient, the Swine Campside Coffee is still worth trying. High West Campfire Whiskey from Utah is the world’s first blend of bourbon, Scotch and rye, and it lends a sweet and smoky note when coffee is spiked with it. When combined with maple syrup, chocolate bitters and Panther coffee, it evokes memories of a pancake breakfast on the griddle around a roaring campfire.
