Arancini and Swordfish

Sunny's in Brooklyn to get the home recipe of Dave's Arancini al Ragu. Dave perfected his recipe for this Italian fried rice ball in Sicily, and now is the owner of Arancini Brothers. And while at the restaurant, Sunny gets Dave to reveal another recipe, the Bianco, Rosso Verde Arancini. Sunny then heads to Somers, N.Y. to meet Lucille, whose recipe for Swordfish Balls has been passed down in her family for 100 years and is a Christmas tradition.
