"I actually got all these things at the gas station on the way here," jokes Geoffrey about the rice and cheese burrito, chocolate milk, whipped cream and apple pie he must use to create a dessert. He describes his dish to Ted as a "saffron apple pie eggnog ice cream," adding, "It's really quite genius."

"It's a football that I dissected and deep-fried," says Scott about the tortilla wrapping he's stripped from the burrito. When Ted asks what he's making, Scott replies snippily: "I'm building components and then we're going to figure it out." Scott laughs it off as he reaches for chocolate he's melted.

"I'm going to let him go first," says Maneet, allowing Geoffrey to get to the ice cream machine before her. "I wouldn't do that," Ted advises. "I'd beat him to it." Maneet's using the burrito rice and apple pie filling for her sundae, and for her ice cream she's using the chocolate milk and garam masala.

"Are you making a souffle, or are you making a mousse?" Geoffrey asks Scott. Although he's been undecided so far, Scott reveals it is a mousse. But upon hearing that Geoffrey boiled the burrito, using its water to melt chocolate for a sauce, Scott jokes, "I could use some 'burrito water' over here!"

"It sounds tastier as 'vipped' cream," Ted says, poking fun at Maneet's pronunciation. The others love her use of cheese as a salty topping on her sundae. "Geoffrey thinks he's above the law," says Scott of the suspicious use of the burrito. But Geoffrey compliments Scott on the "beautiful" texture of his mousse.
