About the Show

Ming's taking his show on the road! In search of creative cuisine and culinary adventure, Ming travels the United States with chef knife in tow. He'll rustle up some longhorns in Colorado, try his hand at ostrich farming in Texas and dive for abalone in California – then prepare sumptuous meals on location with his signature East-West flair.
