Am writing this on Labor day 2010. Have 35 couples coming over for a true labor-based party. I have taken this recipe as well as 4 others. I am making 10 of each...each being approx 2lbs each loaf. In prep, I made each of the 5 selected...this one is very tasteful and keeps a nice texture. It also slices well for sandwiches. If you were raised with homemade meatloaf, give this one a try. Best wishes!

I was longing to find an easy, moist and good tasting meatloaf. This one will be a keeper. The preparation is so easy, I couldn't believe it. My only variation for the next time would be to only add 2 tablespoons of brown sugar instead of three. It tasted a little too sweet to my taste. But the base is great. Thanks!
