Ingredients
  • 2 cups canned chickpeas
  • 2/3 cup tahini
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
Directions
  • In a food processor, puree the chickpeas until smooth, adding water if necessary. In a bowl, stir in the tahini and salt. Stir in the lemon juice and the garlic cloves.
