Cut each pita in half and then each half in triangles and place them in a single layer on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle generously with salt.
Quick and easy. Only issue is 375 degrees for 10 minutes is WAY TOO LONG in my oven. 5 minutes was even pushing it a little. It's nice that I can control the amount of salt and oil. These will be a great dipper for hummus.
