Holiday Baking Championship: The competition kicks off as host Jesse Palmer asks twelve bakers to embrace the seasonal transition by making fall and winter doughnuts. For the main heat, the competitors combine holiday cheese board staples in creative apple and cheese desserts. A double elimination looms and judges Nancy Fuller, Duff Goldman and Carla Hall must send two bakers home for the holidays.

Holiday Wars: Host Maneet Chauhan welcomes three teams to the first qualifying round, where they learn that this year, Santa's reindeer are taking the holidays off and he's holding open auditions to replace them! Each team of cake and sugar artists must showcase an unlikely understudy who dreams of winning a spot to pull the sleigh. Judges Shinmin Li and Aarti Sequeira decide which two teams move on and which team heads home.

Dinner: Impossible: Robert is in Albuquerque, home of minor league baseball team the Albuquerque Isotopes. It's Healthcare Worker Appreciation Night at the stadium, and Robert is tasked with serving an elevated dinner to 250 deserving guests. But it's not that simple. He only has access to ballpark ingredients, and he must also prepare a New Mexico-themed snack for the 400 employees who open up the stadium for the game. Robert and his team must battle bad weather, limited ingredients and frozen food to hit a home run with this dinner.

Christmas Cookie Challenge: Five former Christmas Cookie Challenge champions return to the workshop for another round of competition, and hosts Ree Drummond and Eddie Jackson have devised their toughest cookie tasks for the occasion. First, the cookie makers have to create an entire Christmas village puzzle out of six perfectly interlocking cookies. Then they craft the tallest cookie displays ever seen, making massive Christmas mantels complete with realistic fireplaces. The heat is on as they infuse their cookies with warm spices like coriander, cloves, chile powder and paprika, but only one champion will win for the second time and claim the "Best of the Best" title.

Battle for the Bird: Two competing kitchens heat up when a noisy family celebration goes head-to-head with a full-throttle Friendsgiving to see who can throw the best Thanksgiving party. Anne Burrell and Carson Kressley have their work cut out for them as they challenge, mentor and ultimately judge which is the biggest, baddest Turkey Day celebration and who wins the Battle for the Bird and a prize worth $10,000!

Holiday Baking Championship: Gingerbread Showdown: Jesse Palmer hosts a gingerbread-themed Holiday Baking Championship where three teams of gingerbreaders and baking assistants take on all-encompassing, themed gingerbread builds. The gingerbread-obsessed artists also face baking twists that can make or break their creations. Judges Nacho Aguirre, Kardea Brown and Breegan Jane bring their expertise and holiday cheer to decide which team wins $10,000 worth of festive prizes.

They choose a different theme for each battle and have just 20 hours to work with their talented teams to create their masterpieces. In the end, the overall winner is awarded $25,000 for the charity of their choice.
