Buffalo Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken

3 tablespoons prepared buffalo sauce

3 corn tortillas

1 celery stalk, finely sliced, plus a handful celery leaves

3 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles

Directions

  1. Add the chicken and buffalo sauce to a small bowl and mix well to coat the chicken. Lay out the tortillas and place a third of the chicken mixture on each tortilla. Add a third of the celery and a tablespoon of the blue cheese crumbles to each tortilla. Garnish with celery leaves.
