Around the holidays, everyone wants eggnog—but between the raw yolks and whipped egg whites, it can be a tricky, day-long process. At Leyenda, we do an eggnog-ish drink with coconut milk instead. It's a little better for you, and I think more delicious.
In a cocktail shaker (or mason jar) add coconut milk, simple syrup, vanilla extract and Singani (or rum or whisky). Fill with ice, place the mixing tin over the top, and shake vigorously. Strain into a serving glass and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
