You can’t celebrate Christmas without indulging in a tray full of buttery sugar cookies. Our test kitchen gave these golden-colored ones a modern upgrade by infusing them with 1/2 a cup of extra-virgin olive oil and the finely grated zest of 3 (!!!) lemons.
